No experience is required! Our skilled instructors will help you warm up, get acquainted with the apparatus, and learn a few fun moves that can be put together in your own style! All classes will have modifications and movements to meet you where you are at.

We’ll collaborate with you on the style and vibe of your class to make sure you have a great time.

Intro

Never tried aerial before? Our instructor will guide you through a slower paced class that helps you get familiar with body awareness in sitting, standing and upside down in the air. This class aims to help you feel comfortable in this new movement!

Fitness

Looking to get more of a sweat on with your friends? We’ll start with a cardio-based warm-up and quickly transition to different strength-based movements in the apparatus. You’ll leave this class feeling worked but also so strong!

Dance

Sassy, sexy or empowering - our dance parties will teach you a short combo to music. In the air or on the ground, you’ll have time to learn the movement and feel it in your body. Get ready to smile a lot and feel empowered!

Included in your party

Introductions (10 min)

Loosen up & Warm Up (20 min)

Learn 2-3 moves/poses (30 min)

Put moves together into a flow (20 min)

Take pictures & a performance by your instructor (10 min)

  • Nope! Come as you are. We have classes for all levels and our instructors can help with modifications within class.

  • Wear something enjoy and can move in comfortably. To prevent clothes from getting caught in the apparatus, we recommend wearing tighter-fitting leggings and a top.

  • Each additional person is $25.

    You can add 30 minutes to you party for $50 - studio schedule permitting.

  • Food and gifts are welcome at your party but we ask that you help clean up any trash after your party is done.

    Alcohol consumption is prohibited within the studio and before your party. If you arrive intoxicated we will not be able to host your party and will not refund your payment.

  • You are welcome to share a playlist link with us prior to your party. Additionally, your instructor is happy to work with you on a playlist you like before you get into the air!

  • We understand plans change and are happy to work with you. Once we have finalized and confirmed your event date there is a $25 fee to reschedule up to 24 hours before the event There is a $75 fee to cancel. All cancelations within 24 hours of the party will not be refunded.
