Gain strength and mobility

At B.A.D. you will find laughter, joy, confidence, and appreciation for your body.

Whether you want to explore high-flying feats, play closer to the ground, or express your silly to sensual side we have the class for you!

Each class is 75 minutes long to allow time to warm up, explore, and cool down.

  • 5-10 min intros, body check-in and gentle opening movements

  • 10-15 min warm-up and conditioning on and off the apparatus

  • 40-45 min exploring movement, shapes, and flow

  • 5 min cooldown
