March Instructor Highlight: Ashia Radke
The B.A.D. Team is an important part of our studio community and we want you to get to know them as well as we do! This months instructor highlight is Ashia Radke! Bellingham local and multi movement maven, Ashia teaches Hammock 1 Mondays 5:30-6:45 pm but what about when she’s not at the studio?
Ashia Radke (RYT-500) is a multidisciplinary movement instructor with over five years of teaching experience. She began practicing yoga in 2014 and found it to be an incredible avenue toward health and healing. From there, Ashia’s passion for movement grew, and she began weightlifting, bouldering, and practicing partner acrobatics and aerial arts! Her primary apparatuses are hammock and lyra, but she relishes the opportunity to try something new.
Ashia approaches training and teaching with playfulness and curiosity, encouraging students to participate authentically and practice self-compassion. She strives to build community around joyful movement and create a safe and welcoming environment in which folks can develop their skills, find flow, and connect with themselves and others.
